INTRALASIK , Also known as INTRALASE , Bladeless LASIK and All-Laser-LASIK is a another procedure for creating the corneal flap in the eye surgery ,where a laser is used instead of the Microkeratome (a metal blade ) in the traditional eye surgery .
Using this procedure has show a lesser Post-operative complications and a faster healing .
